At ZONEX Travels Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a transparent and smooth travel experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are processed for all bookings.


1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing via email or WhatsApp from your registered contact.

General Cancellation Charges
(Unless a specific package, hotel, or airline has different rules)

• 30 days or more before travel → 10% cancellation fee
• 15–29 days before travel → 25% cancellation fee
• 7–14 days before travel → 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days before travel → No refund
• No-show or missed flight → No refund

Airline tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and service charges are non-refundable.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

• Visa processing fees
• Travel insurance fees
• Service or convenience charges
• Taxes and surcharges
• Air tickets marked as non-refundable
• Hotel bookings under non-refundable category


3. Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection

In case of visa refusal:

• Visa fee is non-refundable
• Embassy or Consulate decision is final
• Airline, hotel, and package refunds depend strictly on their policies
• No refund amount is guaranteed by the company


4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed only after receiving written cancellation confirmation.

• Refund processing time: 10–45 working days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays


5. Modifications or Date Changes

Changes in travel dates, flights, hotels, or passenger details are subject to:

• Availability
• Airline or hotel rules
• Additional charges

ZONEX Travels is not responsible for increased fares or penalties due to customer-requested changes.


6. Cancellation by ZONEX Travels

The company may cancel a booking due to:

• Safety issues
• Service provider failure
• Operational reasons

In such cases, we will provide either a full refund or an alternative travel option.
The company is not liable for compensation beyond the amount paid.


7. No Liability for Third-Party Failures

ZONEX Travels is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by:

• Airlines
• Hotels
• Immigration authorities
• Embassies
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Transportation strikes

Refunds will follow respective third-party policies.


8. Acceptance of Policy

By booking with ZONEX Travels Pvt. Ltd., you agree to all the terms mentioned in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
