These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and transactions made with ZONEX Travels Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking any service with us, the customer (“you”, “traveler”, “client”) agrees to comply with these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website, registered agents, or office.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Prices are subject to availability, season, hotel policies, airline fare changes, and exchange rate fluctuations.
Passport details, travel documents, and correct personal information must be provided at the time of booking.
2. Payments & Billing Policy
Payments must be made as per the schedule shared at the time of booking.
Failure to make payments on time may lead to automatic cancellation without refund.
All payments must be made through approved modes: bank transfer, UPI, cash, or online payment.
Taxes, surcharges, and additional service charges may apply.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via registered communication.
Refunds are processed as per airline, hotel, and service provider policies.
The following general charges apply (unless otherwise specified):
30 days before travel → 10% cancellation fee
15–29 days before travel → 25% cancellation fee
7–14 days before travel → 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days → No refund
Visa fees, travel insurance, processing charges, and service charges are non-refundable.
Refund processing may take 10–45 working days, depending on suppliers.
4. Travel Documents & Visa
All travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate.
ZONEX Travels is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or additional documentation requests.
Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Flights, Hotels & Itinerary Changes
Airlines may change flight schedules, baggage rules, or routes without notice.
Hotels may be substituted with similar or upgraded options based on availability.
ZONEX Travels is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, cancellations, or service issues arising from third-party providers.
The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political issues, safety, or operational reasons.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
You agree to:
Carry valid travel documents at all times.
Follow immigration rules, country laws, and airline regulations.
Arrive at airports on time (minimum 3 hours before international flights).
Take care of your luggage, passport, money, and personal belongings.
ZONEX Travels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
7. Health, Safety & Insurance
Travelers are responsible for checking health advisories and vaccination requirements.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
The company is not responsible for medical emergencies, accidents, or health-related expenses.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZONEX Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:
Natural disasters, bad weather, or political disturbances
Airline or hotel service failures
Visa rejection or immigration denial
Missed flights due to client delays
Loss of belongings, passport, or baggage
Additional expenses due to unforeseen events
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid to us for the service.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal information provided will only be used for booking and travel arrangements.
We do not share client information with unauthorized parties.
By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction will be Kasaragod, Kerala, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service with ZONEX Travels Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
